Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at BuDhaGirl! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange merchandise purchased from us.

Returns within 14 days of receipt:

All items bought during a sale event are considered final sale.
You may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Returns between 15 and 30 days of receipt:

Between 15 and 30 days of receipt, you may return unused and unopened products for a store credit or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Exchanges will be processed based on availability.
Refunds will not be issued for returns between 15 and 30 days.

Warranty Returns: BuDhaGirl will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted after 30 days of receipt of the item and is valid for 1 year. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect BuDhaGirl to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

A replacement item will be sent to you (if the product is available).
Store credit (if product is unavailable/discontinued).

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return request, please visit our returns and exchanges center.

Important — Completing Your Return: To ensure a seamless process, please send your items back so that they are received by our team within 10 days of your return confirmation email. If we do not receive the package within this timeframe, the return request will automatically expire.

Processing time:

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days of processing.
Store credit will be emailed to you within 3 business days of processing.

Retail Partners: BuDhaGirl products purchased with our retail store partners must be returned to or exchanged at the respective store where the original purchase was made. The store’s return policies will then apply to your purchase.
