The BuDhaGirl Wellness Collective is an extension of our philosophy of ritual—brought to life through immersive experiences rooted in mindfulness, presence, and connection.

Through breathwork, sound healing, movement, and shared gatherings, we create intentional space to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Breath

Somatic practices that gently guide awareness out of the thinking mind and into the body's innate wisdom.

Through guided, conscious breathing, your nervous system is invited to soften, regulate, and return to balance. As the breath moves through the body, physical tension and stored emotional stress are given space to release naturally. This practice works directly with the body—allowing it to unwind at its own pace and according to what feels safe, leaving you with a profound sense of grounding and emotional clarity.

Sound

Immersive sound experiences that use resonant frequencies to invite deep restoration and stillness.

Using the vibrations of crystal and metal singing bowls, this practice helps dissolve tension and clear stagnant energy. It is not about effort, but about listening and allowing. Each session offers a gentle inward journey where the body can recalibrate at its own pace, integrating presence and inner alignment to support total nervous system restoration.

Meet the Practitioner

Lauren Cureton

For more than two decades, Lauren’s work has been rooted in connection. Through a career in media and advertising, she has focused on understanding people—what moves them, what inspires them, and what helps them thrive. She has had the privilege of working closely with individuals and business owners, supporting the growth of their visions while always remaining drawn to the human story behind the work.

At the heart of everything Lauren has done is a deep appreciation for meaningful connection and the fulfillment that comes from walking alongside others as they evolve. That thread of connection eventually guided her inward, toward her own healing and a desire for greater presence, balance, and ease.

Lauren’s path into breathwork and sound healing emerged through this personal exploration. These practices became powerful tools for nervous system regulation, clarity, and embodiment—offering a way to reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence and wisdom. She is a certified Sound Practitioner through Breathe Meditation and Wellness and a Breathwork Practitioner through SOMA IQ, bringing these practices together to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

The BuDhaGirl Wellness Collective is where Lauren’s passion for meaningful connection meets holistic wellness. Created as a space for grounding, restoration, and alignment, it offers an invitation to return to yourself—gently, and exactly as you are.
