Sovereign Quest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES: THE SOVEREIGN QUEST (RACE TO LEVEL 100)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: The "Sovereign Quest" (the "Contest") is a skill-based competition where participants play the MindPalace mobile game available on the BuDhaGirl App. The objective is to be one of the first ten (10) players to reach Level 100. Winners are determined solely based on the speed of gameplay and the timestamp of achievement as recorded by the Sponsor’s servers.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BuDhaGirl ("Sponsor") and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00 CT and ends when all ten (10) prizes have been claimed (the "Contest Period").

4. HOW TO WIN: To win, a participant must:

  • Download the BuDhaGirl app.
  • Create a valid account with a working email address.
  • Play the game and reach Level 100. The first ten (10) participants to successfully reach Level 100, as determined by the Sponsor’s server timestamp, will be declared potential winners.

5. TIE-BREAKER: In the rare event that two or more entrants reach Level 100 at the exact same millisecond (resulting in a tie for the 10th spot), the entrant with the higher total "Gems/Score" accumulated in the game at that moment will be declared the winner.

6. PRIZES: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: One (1) BuDhaGirl Sovereign Bangle. (Approximate Retail Value: $365.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

7. PRIZE CLAIM: Potential winners will be notified immediately via the email address associated with their game account. Winners will receive a distinct code locked to their email address to redeem the prize on budhagirl.com. If a winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these rules (e.g., using bots, scripts, or cheats), the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant (the 11th fastest player).

8. CHEATING & DISQUALIFICATION: Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, or other mechanical or electronic means to play the game or automate progress is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to review game logs for suspicious activity.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, or mobile network connectivity issues that may affect the timestamp of a player’s level completion.
