Win a Glamorous Stack Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, APPLICATION, PRODUCT ACTIVATION OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the BuDhaGirl Win a Glamorous Stack Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated according to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is BuDhaGirl LLC, 1611 Dragon Street, Dallas Texas 75207 (the “Sponsor”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants of the Sweepstakes must have a valid email address and comply with all entry requirements specified by Sponsor.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning and receiving any Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at November 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participants can enter using one of the following entry methods:
•    (1) Online Entry: Enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.budhagirl.com, locating the official "Win a Stack" sign-up form, and submitting your email address and/or phone number. Upon submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the current quarter. Entrants that have unsubscribed from email and SMS marketing notifications at the time of the drawing will be disqualified.
•    (2) Alternative Method of Entry (Email): To enter without signing up for email/SMS notifications, entrants can submit their entry by emailing their full name, mailing address, and phone number to journey@budhagirl.com with the subject line 'Sweepstakes Entry'. This alternative method of entry is free and provides equal chances of winning. Limit one (1) email entry per person per quarter.

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified.

3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected each quarter. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during that quarter. The random drawing will be conducted on or about the first week of the following quarter by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified by email approximately 7-14 days after the random drawing. The potential winner must accept the prize by email as directed by the Sponsor within 30 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or does not comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize.

4. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected each quarter to receive one (1) exclusive sweepstakes stack (the "Prize"). The Prize has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $350.00 USD. The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and other unspecified expenses to receive the Prize. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. Acceptance and/or use of the Prize are at the Winner's sole risk and the Sponsor is not responsible for damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of the Prize.

7. TAXES AND COSTS RELATED TO THE PRIZES: All applicable taxes, tariffs and fees are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be issued a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the applicable Prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of the Prize.

9. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any information provided to the Sponsor will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes, but will not be sold or rented to third parties. This use is in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy which can be found at https://budhagirl.com/pages/privacy-policy.

10. DISPUTES: Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court in Dallas, Texas. All issues and questions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. 12. TEXAS RESIDENTS: BUYING WILL NOT HELP YOU WIN. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE ARE THE SAME AS THE CHANCES OF SOMEONE WHO PURCHASES SOMETHING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO GIVE ANY ADVANTAGE TO BUYERS IN A SWEEPSTAKES.
